The terms for using this website and booking a stay with us.
These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings with Lindani Farm. Please read them with our booking policy, which forms part of every booking.
Information we are required to give under section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act):
We offer four self-catering units on the farm. The rooms, what's included and our rates are described on our Studios page. Rates are per unit per night in South African rand, for the dates shown.
We describe the units, the farm and the area in good faith, but photos are for illustration and details can change. The price on NightsBridge when you book is the price you pay.
Bookings are made on NightsBridge, our booking system, which shows live availability. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received as set out in our booking policy (a 50% deposit or full payment within 24 hours, with the balance due 7 days before check-in).
We accept payment by EFT to the bank account on your invoice. To protect yourself from fraud, please confirm our banking details with us by phone before your first payment.
Your booking confirmation and invoice are your record of the transaction. Please keep them, or ask us for a copy at any time.
Cancellations, refunds and date changes are handled as set out in our booking policy. Cancellations must be made in writing.
The 7-day cooling-off period in section 44 of the ECT Act does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates (section 42 of the ECT Act). Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Guests agree to follow the house rules we share before arrival and on our Studios page, and to respect the farm, its animals and other guests.
The text, photos and design of this website belong to Lindani Farm or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
We link to other websites, such as NightsBridge, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps, for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this website or from websites we link to. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to a booking are those on this website when the booking was made.
