01 Payments & deposits
To secure your booking, you can choose to:
- Pay a 50% deposit within 24 hours of booking. Pay half of the total to confirm your booking. The balance is due 7 days before check-in.
- Pay in full within 24 hours of booking. Pay the full amount upfront, with nothing more to settle before your stay.
If your stay is less than 7 days away when you book, full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
If the balance hasn't been received 7 days before check-in, we may cancel the booking, and the cancellation terms below will apply to your deposit.
Payment methods. We accept EFT payments. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference and send your proof of payment via WhatsApp or email.
Your check-in details, including your gate code and directions, are sent the day before arrival once full payment has been received.

Lindani offers easy self-check-in. The day before you arrive, we'll send your access code and parking details via WhatsApp. When you arrive, park in the marked bays at the stone feature wall and walk down the stairs to find the units.
Early check-in and late check-out. We're happy to accommodate these when possible, but they depend on our bookings and can't be guaranteed. Please ask us on the day.
Arrivals after 20:00 must be arranged with us in advance and may incur an additional fee.
03 Cancellations & refunds
Refunds are based on the amount paid and when we receive your cancellation:

All cancellations must be in writing, sent to stay@lindanifarm.co.za.
We understand that plans can change, but as a small business, we're unable to make exceptions to this schedule. Refunds are made within 7–10 business days.
04 Changing your booking
You're welcome to change your dates up to 30 days before check-in, subject to availability. If the rates for your new dates are different, the new rates apply, and any difference will be charged or refunded.
To request a change, simply contact us with your booking reference.
05 Minimum stay
A minimum 2-night stay applies to bookings that include a Friday or Saturday night. Shorter stays may be possible on certain dates, so feel free to contact us.
